TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Caravan is let on the understanding that on no
account is the caravan to be occupied by more people than
details on the booking form.
- A non-refundable booking fee is required on booking
the caravan. The balance of the hire is due no less than
6 weeks prior to your arrival, failure to pay by the due
date will result in us reletting the carvan on your behalf.
- Should you book your holiday 6 weeks or less before
the start date, the amount will need to be paid in full.
- On the day of your arrival. Check- in is at east gate
entrance. Here you will be given the key to the caravan
and passes for the Butlins complex.
The Key to the caravan is not usually available until
after 2pm on the day of your arrival.
- The Caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure,
The key must be returned back to the east gate security
entrance.
The caravan will be checked and cleaned at the end of
your stay. However, we would respectfully request that
you leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
- All breakages or damages not due to normal wear or tear
must be paid for.
- In the unlikely event of any loss or damage found upon
your arrival, this should be reported immediately by telephoning
0117 9025813 or 0781 8284207.
- Towels and bed linen are not provided. We will provide
pillows and duvets, but not sheets, duvet covers, pillow
cases, towels or tea towels.
- Butlins is a family holiday resort and anyone whose
unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to
, forfeiting the rest of their holiday.
- There is one parking space per caravan, if a second
vehicle is present, then it must be parked in one of butlins
main car parks, and not in any other parking space in
the caravan park.
- Smoking or Animals are NOT permitted in the caravan
at any time.
